THE VENUE HAS A COORDINATOR ONSITE?
WHY DO I NEED A WEDDING PLANNER?
The venue coordinator is there to make sure that the venue is taken
care of. The venue is their first priority. They do not coordinate the
rehersal or reception. They often work along side the wedding
planner to assist in lighting, doors and managing the space overall.
They will not be bothered with elopement or wedding details or planning.
Most couples want their friends and family members to enjoy the day
as well. By hiring a wedding planner this insures that the people you
love the most can celebrate with you and not be worried about the
cake arrival or when the dj is suppose to emcee the grand entrance.

in a full planning situation the planner provides ideas to the couple but
the couple has the final say. It is a team effort. In wedding management
the planner often is executing the couples design ideas and
reconciling vendors.
